Thank you so much for the help you gave us during the sale of my Mom’s house at Simmons Ct. We were very happy that you found a buyer who could make good use of the property as it was. And, thanks for being able to work with 3 parties (Mom, Sal & myself) and keep us all on the same page. Sal & I are grateful for your patience and understanding with my Mom during the sales process. Thanks for re-assuring us all! Making accommodations for my Mom’s relocation to Hope Gardens was greatly appreciated. Also, thanks for the use of the truck and the dumpster allowance.
